1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines

To keep our prices competitive and offer unique, high-quality items, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Shipping ETA: Please allow 2–3 weeks (14–21 business days) for delivery from the date of shipment.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you do not receive your order within 25 business days, or if your tracking status shows any issues, please reach out to our support team at contact@kesselia.com so we can investigate and resolve it for you immediately.
